PVC Hose Malaysia
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Sunny Hose standard blue PVC hose from Blue Box Sdn Bhd is a general-purpose flexible hose supplied in three bore sizes, 2″, 3″, and 4″, each on a 100-metre roll. It is a practical choice for site, workshop, and drainage work across Malaysia, where a long continuous length saves the joints and fittings that come with shorter cut pieces.
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hose is lightweight, flexible, and easy to lay out, which makes it suited to running water, moving liquids on site, and draining work where the hose has to bend around obstacles. Because the hose comes on a 100-metre roll, you can cut the length you need and reduce waste.
The bore size matters. A 2-inch hose suits lighter flows and general-purpose use, while 3-inch and 4-inch hoses carry larger volumes for drainage, dewatering, and transfer jobs. Match the bore to the flow you need, and check the fittings and clamps are the same size.
Hoses left lying across walkways or work areas can cause trips, and hoses under pressure can whip if a connection fails. Safe layout and fixing are part of good site practice, and DOSH Malaysia provides guidance on workplace safety. No pressure rating, temperature range, or chemical compatibility has been stated for this product, so please confirm the intended use with our sales team before ordering.
The three sizes are sold on the same page as one product, which makes it easy to compare them and order the bore you need. Each roll is heavy, so delivery is by lorry or freight rather than parcel courier for larger orders.
Blue Box Sdn Bhd supplies the hose as part of its Warehouse Operational Supplies range, so customers across Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, and Selangor can source hose, labels, and other site supplies from one supplier. Visit www.blue-box.asia to view the full range or request a bulk quotation.
Whether you need a 2-inch hose for a workshop or a 4-inch line for site drainage, Sunny Hose blue PVC hose in 100-metre rolls gives you a long, flexible run in the size you need.

7 PRO Tips
- Tip 1: Match the bore to the flow you need, and use fittings and clamps of the same size to avoid leaks.
- Tip 2: Lay the hose out straight before use to remove kinks and twists, which restrict flow.
- Tip 3: Secure the hose across walkways with cable covers or ramps so it does not cause trips.
- Tip 4: Keep hose away from hot surfaces, sharp edges, and vehicle traffic to prevent cuts and damage.
- Tip 5: Do not exceed the rated pressure of the hose or fittings, and never use hose for gases or chemicals unless confirmed suitable.
- Tip 6: Inspect before each use for cracks, bulges, or leaks, and replace any hose that is damaged.
- Tip 7: Drain and coil the hose loosely after use and store it out of direct sunlight to extend its life.
